NOCO Chip Repair Warranty Policy

At NOCO Chip Repair, we take pride in providing high-quality windshield and headlight restoration services using industry-leading techniques and materials. While we stand behind our work, it is important to understand the limitations and conditions of our warranty for each service.
1. Windshield Repair Warranty
We offer a lifetime warranty on all windshield repairs for as long as you own the vehicle. This warranty covers:
✅ Repaired Damage Spreading: If a repaired chip or crack spreads after the repair, we will refund the amount paid for the repair.
✅ Structural Integrity: Our repair process is designed to restore strength to the damaged area, preventing further cracking. If the repair fails and the windshield requires replacement, the cost of replacement is not covered by this warranty.
What’s Not Covered?
🚫 New damage caused by rocks, debris, accidents, or impact after the repair.
🚫 Pre-existing cracks that extend beyond the repairable area after the service.
🚫 Windshield replacement – Our warranty is limited to the cost of the repair only and does not cover full windshield replacements.
🚫 If another repair attempt is made by a third party after our initial repair, our warranty is void.
2. Headlight Restoration Warranty
We provide a 1-year limited warranty on our headlight restoration services. This warranty covers:
✅ Reoccurring Oxidation: If oxidation returns within 12 months, we will reapply the UV protective coating at no additional charge.
✅ Peeling or Cracking of Protective Coating: If our applied protective coating begins to peel or crack within the warranty period, we will refinish the headlights.
What’s Not Covered?
🚫 Headlights that develop internal condensation, dirt, or damage inside the housing after restoration.
🚫 Damage caused by pressure washing, improper car washes, or chemical cleaners.
🚫 Scratches, chips, or impact damage caused by rocks, debris, or external forces after restoration.
🚫 If the headlight lenses were previously severely degraded beyond normal restoration limits, we cannot guarantee full clarity and longevity.
3. Warranty Exclusions (Both Services)
Our warranty does not cover:
- Third-party repairs or tampering after our service.
- Pre-existing damage or structural weaknesses that were present before our repair or restoration.
- Normal wear and tear over time beyond the warranty period.
- Vehicle accidents or external forces that cause damage after our service.
4. How to File a Warranty Claim
If you experience an issue covered by our warranty, please contact us as soon as possible.

📍 Step 2: Provide details of the issue, including photos of the damage (if applicable).
📍 Step 3: If the issue is covered, we will schedule a warranty service appointment to correct the problem.
5. Warranty Transferability
This warranty applies only to the original customer and is non-transferable if the vehicle is sold or transferred to a new owner.
6. Final Disclaimer
NOCO Chip Repair is not liable for any consequential damages resulting from windshield or headlight restoration failure. Our liability is strictly limited to the refund of the original service cost or re-application of the service under warranty conditions.
